Result of AGM
SpaceandPeople (AIM:SAL) the retail, promotional and brand experience specialist, is pleased to announce that all resolution s proposed at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today were duly passed. The resolutions included a resolution approving the payment of a final dividend in respect of the year ended 31 December 2012 in the sum of 3.50 pence per share and as such this will now be paid on 26 April 2013 to shareholders on the register on 5 April 2013.
Matthew Bending, CEO commented: "We are pleased to announce that further to the strong results reported for our financial year ended 31 December 2012, trading in 2013 across all departments and in all countries has started strongly."
