FINANCIAL CALENDAR

"SPACE HELLAS S.A. TELECOMMUNICATIONS, IT, SECURITY SYSTEMS AND SERVICES - PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES PRIVATE ENTERPRISE" (SPACE HELLAS), in the context of proper and timely information to the investing public, announces its 2025 Financial Calendar, pursuant to Decision 25 of the Athens Stock Exchange and Article 4.1.1 of the Athex Rulebook.

• Release of the Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year 2024 and Commentary Announcement of the financial results of 2024, on the company's website (www.space.gr) as well as the Athens Stock Exchange website (www.athexgroup.gr), on Monday, April 28, 2025, after the close of the Athex trading session.
• The Analysts Briefing regarding the Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year 2024 will take place on Monday, May 19, 2025.
• The Ordinary General Meeting of the company's shareholders will take place on Thursday, June 19, 2025.
• The Ex-Dividend date will be Monday, July 21, 2025.
• Dividend beneficiaries (record date) on Tuesday, July 22, 2025.
• Dividend Payment will start on Friday, July 25, 2025.
• Semi-Annual Financial Report 2025 will be released on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, after the close of the Athex trading session.

The Company's Board of Directors intends to propose to the upcoming Annual Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders the distribution of a dividend according to legislation in force.

It is noted that according to the company's articles of association, the Ordinary General Meeting of the company's shareholders is the only competent body to decide on the dividend distribution.

SPACE HELLAS has the right to change the above dates following relevant notification to the public by amending the present calendar.
