Re: SPACE-COMMUNICATION LTD

Following the Company's report dated June 2 2 , 2023, regarding the postponement of interest payments for convertible bond series 17 (ISIN No. IL00114008882), bond series 16 (ISIN No. IL001399222), and bond series 18 (ISIN No. IL 0011585184) to July 30, 2023, as well as the postponement of the date of partial redemption for bond series 16 , No information was received regarding the interest rates for the adjourned period and for the period after.

In accordance with the procedure for handling these cases, the interest rate published in TASE's payment systems is "zero". The interest was marked as deffered interest.
