New major shareholder in SP Group A/S

Odin Fund Management, Norway, has asked SP Group A/S to make the following announcement:

Pursuant to Companies Act, § 55, and Securities Trading Act, § 29, we hereby announce that Odin Fund Management has acquired 800,000 number of shares at a price of DKK 2.00 equal to nominally DKK 1,600,000.00 in SP Group A/S.

Odin Fund Management now holds 7.02% of the shares and voting rights in SP Group A/S.
