SP Group A/S – Change of Management
Chief Financial Officer, Jørgen Hønnerup Nielsen, 63 years old, wants to retire after more than 33 years in SP Group. Jørgen Nielsen was engaged at our subsidiary Tinby A/S in 1987 and appointed CFO and Member of the Executive Board in SP Group in 2007.
We thank him for his excellent efforts in all these years!
Tilde Kejlhof, 41 years old, Cand. oecon., is appointed new CFO in SP Group. Over the latest ten years, Tilde Kejlhof has been engaged at our subsidiary MedicoPack A/S, most recent as Financial Manager. Since 1 January 2020, Tilde Kejlhof has been Group Financial Manager at SP Group and came to SP Group with MedicoPack in 2016.
Søren Ulstrup, 53 years old, plastics engineer, is appointed new member of the Executive Board in SP Group and in addition, responsible for the injection moulding activities and machining operations. Also, Søren Ulstrup is the managing director of SP Moulding and Ulstrup Plast. Søren Ulstrup came to SP Group with Ulstrup Plast in 2015. Further, Søren Ulstrup is Chairman at Plastindustrien (The Danish Plastics Federation).
Lars Ravn Bering, 44 years old, civil engineer and Graduate Diploma Business Administration, is appointed new member of the Executive Board in SP Group and in addition, responsible for the vacuum forming and extrusion activities, rotational moulding and Group IT. Also, Lars Ravn Bering is the managing director of Gibo Plast A/S and came to SP Group in 2008 with DKI Form A/S.
Above changes become effective on 1 May 2020.
As of 1 May, 2020 the Executive Board of SP Group consists of:
- Frank Gad, Chief Executive Officer
- Søren Ulstrup, Executive Vice President
- Lars Ravn Bering, Executive Vice President.
