On April 29, 2008 Registrant issued an earnings release (the “Earnings Release”) containing a discussion of Registrant’s results of operations and financial condition for the first quarter ending March 31, 2008.

The Earnings Release contains financial results presented in accordance with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles that the Registrant reported first quarter 2008 diluted earnings per share of $0.25, a decrease of 37.5% versus $0.40 in 2007.
