On October 18, 2007, Registrant issued an earnings release (the “Earnings Release”) containing a discussion of Registrant’s results of operations and financial condition for the third quarter ending September 30, 2007.

The Earnings Release contains financial results presented in accordance with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles that the Registrant reported third quarter 2007 diluted earnings per share of $1.34, an increase of 26.4% versus $1.06 in 2006.
