Southern Hemisphere Mining Ltd (The Company) advises the appointment of Mr Luke Abbott as Company Secretary.

Mr Abbott has a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University and is currently pursuing a CFA designation.

For the purpose of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, the Company advises that Mr Abbott is the person responsible for communications between the Company and ASX.

Mr Abbott replaces Ms Jess Lyons. The changes are effective immediately. The board would like to thank Ms Lyons for her work over the past 3 years.
