The value of the ordinary shares has been calculated by reference to the VWAP of the Company's shares over the 10 trading day period that commenced 5 trading days before the date the Trivantage acquisition was announced (being 18 November 2020). The Appendix 3B lodged on 18 November 2020 had assumed an issue price of $0.46 per share.

4,181,237 of the issued shares are subject to voluntary escrow until 16 December 2021 and 4,181,222 shares are subject to voluntary escrow until 16 December 2022.
