1. The Company has today issued 2,678,311 fully paid ordinary shares on the vesting and exercise of 2016 Financial Year Performance Rights (“Shares”).

2. The Shares were issued by the Company without disclosure being given under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act.

3. This notice is being given under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act.

4. As at the date of this notice the Company has complied with:

5. a. the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and

6. b. section 674 of the Corporations Act.

7. As at the date of this notice, there is no “excluded information’ as defined in section 708A(7) and (8) of the Corporations Act in relation to the Company.
