1. The Company has today issued 44,250,000 fully paid ordinary shares to institutional and sophisticated investors pursuant to the capital raising announced to the ASX on 16 November 2017 ("Shares").

2. The Shares were issued by the Company without disclosure being given under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cwlth) ("Corporations Act").

3. This notice is being given under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act.

4. As at the date of this notice the Company has complied with:

5. a. the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act, as they apply to the Company; and

6. b. section 674 of the Corporations Act.

7. As at the date of this notice, there is no “excluded information’ as defined in sections 708A(7) and (8) of the Corporations Act in relation to the Company.
