ADJUDICATION UPDATE

Decmil Group Limited (ASX: DCG) (“Decmil” or “Company”) provides the following update with respect to the ongoing contract dispute with Southern Cross Electrical Engineering Limited (SCEE).

The original arbitration commenced by Decmil is still ongoing. The SCEE matter was subject to Adjudication under the Building Industry Fairness Act and the Adjudicator’s decision was handed down on 5 June 2020.

The Adjudicator found Decmil is required to pay to SCEE $152,657.56 excluding GST and interest. The amount claimed by SCEE was $11,062,280.72 excluding GST.
