As foreshadowed in the ASX announcement dated 2 December 2015, Southern Cross Electrical Engineering Limited (SCEE) is pleased to advise that Graeme Dunn has today commenced as Chief Executive Officer and been appointed to the Board as Managing Director.
Chris Douglass, who has been acting as interim CEO, has resigned from the Board and resumes his role as SCEE’s Chief Financial Officer.
