Retirement of Director
Southern Cross Electrical Engineering Ltd (ASX:SXE) today announces that Mr Brian Carman has retired as a director from SXE after 29 years with the Company. SXE Chairman, Mr John Cooper, thanked Mr Carman for his valuable contribution. During his time with SXE Mr Carman was the Managing Director of the business before taking a non‐executive director role prior to the Company listing in November 2007.
SXE has commenced a process to replace Mr Carman.
