Southern Cross Electrical Engineering Ltd (ASX:SXE) today announced that Mr Stephen Pearce has resigned as Managing Director. Mr Pearce has accepted an alternative role away from SXE. SXE Chairman Frank Tomasi thanked Mr Pearce for his contribution and said “whilst he was disappointed that Mr Pearce was leaving he understands the attractiveness of the new role”.
Mr Pearce will continue with SXE until the end of February 2010 whilst SXE undertakes the process to recruit a new Managing Director.
