COMPLETION OF ILLAWARRA METALLURGICAL COAL SALE

South32 Limited (ASX / LSE / JSE: S32; ADR: SOUHY) (South32) is pleased to announce that the sale of Illawarra Metallurgical Coal to an entity owned by Golden Energy and Resources Pte Ltd and M Resources Pty Ltd[1] was successfully completed on 29 August 2024.
