Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Sound Oil, the Mediterranean focused upstream oil and gas company, announces that it will be posting its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014 to shareholders on 5 June 2015, together with a notice convening the Company's annual general meeting.

The annual general meeting will be held at 25 Moorgate, London EC2R 6AY on 30 June 2015 at 10:30 a.m.
