Director/PDMR Shareholding

Sound Energy, the European / Mediterranean focused upstream gas company, announces that Stephen Whyte, the Company's Non-Executive Chairman, has today purchased 73,140 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 20.49 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a result, Stephen Whyte is now interested in 141,786 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
