Director/PDMR Shareholding

Sound Oil, the Mediterranean focused upstream gas company, announces that it has been notified that Richard Liddell, a non-executive director of the Company, has today purchased 75,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 14.45 pence per ordinary share.

As a result, Richard Liddell is now interested in 75,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.01% of Sound Oil's issued ordinary share capital.
