Director/PDMR Shareholding

Sound Oil, the Mediterranean focused upstream oil and gas company, has been notified that James Parsons, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, has today purchased 257,009 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 10.7 pence per share. As a result of this purchase, Mr. Parsons is now interested in 1,044,603 ordinary shares, representing 0.32% per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
