Director/PDMR Shareholding

Sound Oil, the Mediterranean focused upstream oil and gas company, was yesterday notified that on that same day James Parsons, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, purchased 148,837 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 10.75 pence per share. As a result of this purchase, Mr. Parsons is now interested in 787,594 ordinary shares, representing 0.24% per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
