Announcement of Resignation of Marco Fumagalli  

Sound Energy, (AIM: SOU) the transition energy company, announces that after almost 9 years as an active Non-Executive Director and former Acting Chairman of the Company Mr Marco Fumagalli intends to announce his resignation from the board immediately after the conclusion of the company Annual General Meeting on 13th June 2023 in order that he may pursue other business opportunities. The Company intends to replace Marco with an independent NED in due course.
