Sotkamo Silver AB ("Sotkamo Silver") has completed the direct issue of shares which was announced March 22, 2021. As a result of the issue, the number of shares and votes in Sotkamo Silver has increased.

Prior to the issue, the number of shares and votes in Sotkamo Silver amounted to 184,518,783. New shares, 5,533,324, have been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket) in April. Hence, as of today, April 30, 2021, the last trading day of the month, the number of shares and votes in Sotkamo Silver amounts to 190,052,107.
