Grant of Options and Directors' Interests

The Board of Sosandar (AIM: SOS) announces that, as stated in its Admission Document dated 10 October 2017, the Company yesterday granted options over 18,024,748 Ordinary Shares in the Company to Directors and employees of the Company.  This includes the award of options over Ordinary Shares to the following PDMRs:

This is in addition to the following options granted to Directors on 9 October 2017 conditional on Admission and disclosed in the Admission Document:

All the options have an exercise price of £0.151 with an expiry date of the 10th anniversary of the date of grant (subject to performance conditions).
