Departure of Chief Financial Officer

Sorted (AIM: SORT), a leading provider of delivery experience and post-purchase technology, announces that Mahmoud Wariah, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, will be leaving Sorted to pursue other business opportunities.

It is currently intended that Mr Wariah will remain with the Company as Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Director of the Company until the end of his six month notice period.

The process to recruit a new Chief Financial Officer is commencing and a further update will be issued when appropriate.

Simon Wilkinson, Executive Chairman of Sorted, commented : " On behalf of the Board, I wish to express my gratitude to Mahmoud.  His contribution to Sorted in the lead up and subsequent to the Company's RTO has been significant and I know he will continue to provide valuable input during his remaining time with the Company ."
