Interim Directors' Statement

Since the publication of the condensed interim financial information for the six months ended 30 April 2014 on 24 June 2014, no material events and/or transactions have taken place that would have an impact on the financial position of the Company, such that they would require specific mention, disclosure or announcement pursuant to the applicable Listing Rules.

All areas of the group are performing well with the operating results of the five star hotels and the vacation ownership side of the operation continuing to exceed expectations. The event catering and retail catering elements of the business are performing to plan.

The Directors expect that, barring any unforeseen events in the last two months of the financial year, the Group's aggregate operating profits will be better than those registered last year.
