Interim Directors' Statement
Since the publication on 25 June 2013 of the condensed interim financial information for the six months ended 30 April 2013, no material events and/or transactions have taken place that would have an impact on the financial position of the Company, such that they would require specific mention, disclosure or announcement pursuant to the applicable Listing Rules.
The Directors expect that, barring any unforeseen events in the last two months of the financial year, the Group's aggregate operating profits will be marginally better than those registered last year.
As previously stated the Group continues to seek a fresh equity injection so as to finance new projects.
