Interim Directors' Statement

Since the publication on 25 June 2012 of the condensed interim financial information for the six months ended 30 April 2012, no material events and/or transactions have taken place that would have an impact on the financial position of the Company, such that they would require specific mention, disclosure or announcement pursuant to the applicable Listing Rules.

The overall performance in the third quarter has been marginally better than the corresponding period last year, this despite the negative economic situation existing in our main source markets, as well as the competitive environment in which the Group operates. Nevertheless, the Directors expect that the Group's aggregate results for the financial year will be similar to those registered last year.
