Merger with International Hotel Investments p.l.c.
On 14 August 2017 the Board of Directors resolved to merge the Company with International Hotel Investments p.l.c. ("IHI"), a public company with the company registration number C 26136 and having its registered office at 22, Europa Centre, Floriana, FRN 1400, Malta (the "Merger").
The draft terms of the Merger, as approved by the Directors of the Company, have been registered by the Registrar of Companies on 25 August 2017.
Full details of the Merger will be included in a Circular that will shortly be sent to the Shareholders and Bondholders of the Company.
