Statement issued in terms of the Listing Authority Policy on Sinking Funds: Island Hotel Group Holdings plc. 6.5% €14,000,000 Bonds 2017-2019 Sinking Fund

This is to confirm that Bank of Valletta plc is the appointed Trustee of a Sinking Fund that was set up by Island Hotel Group Holdings plc in connection with the above captioned bond.

As at date of this report, the Trustee of the Sinking Fund holds the sum of €507,117.67, which amount is in / to at auto of this roper in the prospectus governing this bond and the policy guidelines established by the Listing Authority.
