Notice of Annual General Meeting
Sorted Group Holdings plc (AIM: SORT), a leading provider of delivery experience and post-purchase technology, announces that a circular ("Circular") containing a notice convening the Annual General Meeting of the Company (the "AGM") will be posted to shareholders today.
The AGM will be held at the offices of Turner Pope Investments (TPI) Ltd, 3 Queen Street, London, W1J 5PA on Wednesday 11 September 2024 at 9.30 a.m.
