Sopra finalises the acquisition of IBM France's HR Access Service Line through its subsidiary Sopra HR Software

Paris, 30 June 2014 – Sopra (NYSE Euronext: SOP), through its subsidiary Sopra HR Software, finalised today the acquisition of HR Access Service Line, previously owned by IBM France. This acquisition enables the Group to increase significantly the pace at which it is deploying its strategy around human resources solutions.

HR Access Service line offers to Sopra a strengthened proximity to its clients and an enriched expertise dedicated to the associated services around human resources solutions.

This new entity joins Sopra HR Software. Annual pro forma revenue generated by all HR activities owned by Sopra should reach €150m in 2014.

As stated in the press release issued on 24 April 2014 announcing the proposed acquisition, the transaction took the form of a partial transfer of business (cession partielle de fonds de commerce). The acquisition price has not been made public.
