SOPRA STERIA GROUP Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 19 December 2014 Availability of informational documents

Paris, 25 November 2014 - The shareholders of Sopra Steria Group are invited to attend the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 19 December 2014, at 11.00 a.m., at Hôtel Le Meurice, 228 rue de Rivoli, 75001 Paris.

Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting, containing the agenda and draft resolutions, was published on 14 November 2014 in the "BALO", issue no. 137. The notice of meeting will be published in the "BALO" and in "Eco des Pays de Savoie" on 28 November 2014.

The documents required by Article R.225-83 of the French Commercial Code will be available to shareholders in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations:

  • Up to the fifth day, inclusive, prior to the shareholders' meeting, all holders of registered shares may request that the company send them these documents. Holders of bearer shares who wish to exercise this right must produce a certificate proving that the shares are registered on the bearer share accounts maintained by an authorised intermediary.
  • All shareholders may inspect these documents at the company's registered office during a period of 15 days prior to the shareholders' meeting.
