Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, "Sopharma" AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on December 10, 2025 the Company sold 28 000 (twenty-eight thousand) treasury shares representing 0.01% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 78 375.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.80.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 14 574 395 representing 2.70% of the share capital of the Company.
