Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, "Sopharma" AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on June 11, 2025 the Company sold 6 200 (six thousand two hundred) repurchased own shares representing 0.003% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 41 308.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 6.66.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 12 993 010 representing 7.23% of the share capital of the Company.
