Sofia, Bulgaria, December 4, 2023 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, "Sopharma" AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on December 1, 2023 the Company bought 66 000 own shares representing 0.0382% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 469 600 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 7,12.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 13 544 336 representing 7.85% of the share capital of the Company.
