SUPPLEMENT

to announcements under Art. 89t of the LPOS regarding the initial public offering of an issue of warrants with an exercise period of up to 3, 5 and 7 years, respectively

Sofia, Bulgaria, January 9, 2026 – "Sopharma" AD, with its registered office and registered office in Sofia, 16 Iliensko Shose Str., UIC831902088, supplements the announcements under art. 89t of the LPOS regarding the initial public offering of an issue of warrants with an exercise period of up to 3, 5 and 7 years, respectively, published on January 9, 2026 with current reports № 6, № 8 and № 10 as follows:

"The rights are issued in favor of the shareholders, entered as such in the register of "Central Depository" AD no later than 5 business days after the date of publication of the announcement under Art. 89t, para. 1 of the LPOS on the website of the Issuer and on the website of the Investment Intermediary "Sofia International Securities" AD.

The current shareholders acquire the rights free of charge. All other investors may purchase rights through a transaction on the main market organized by the "Bulgarian Stock Exchange" AD, a rights segment during the period for transferring the rights or at the public auction organized by the "Bulgarian Stock Exchange" AD for the unexercised rights, after the expiration of the period for transferring the rights."
