Publication of the Annual Audited Individual Financial Statements of "Sopharma" AD as at 31 December 2023

Sofia, Bulgaria, 1 April 2024 – According to the requirements of art. 100n of LPOS, "Sopharma" AD (SFA: "BSE-Sofia" AD, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) presents the Annual Audited Individual Financial Statements, which contains:

• XHTML format of the report in accordance with the requirements of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/815 of 17 December 2018 supplementing Directive 2004/109/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council with regulatory technical standards on the definition of a common electronic format for reports. It contains:
  • Annual financial statements
  • Notes to the annual financial statements
  • Annual management report and non-financial declaration
  • Corporate governance Declaration
  • Report on the implementation of the remuneration policy
  • Declaration by the responsible persons
  • Audit report
  • Audit declaration
• Annual reports according to a template determined by the Deputy Chairman of the Financial Supervision Commision;
• Corporate Governance Scorecard;

• Electronic reference to the published inside information under Article 7 of Regulation (EU) №596 / 2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124 / EC, 2003/125 / EC and 2004/72 / EC (OJ L 173/1 of 12 June 2014) (Regulation (EU) № 596 / EC) 2014) on the circumstances during the past year:
