NOTIFICATION
Sopharma AD notifies that on December 28, 2020 as a result of long and successful negotiations with the remaining shareholders of BRIZ a change in the shareholders' structure was finalized with the Commercial Register of the Republic of Latvia, which makes "Sopharma" AD the only shareholder owning 100% of the shares in the company.
