On June 24, 2021, the Company issued a press release announcing it had reduced its pension obligation by approximately $1.4 billion through the purchase of group annuity contracts and lump-sum payments. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
