Item 8.01 Other Events.

On May 29, 2007, the Company exercised the option outlined in Section 2.14 of its amended and restated credit agreement dated May 3, 2006, to expand its bank line of credit from $350 million to $500 million. The Company uses this bank line of credit to fully support its commercial paper program, which was concurrently expanded to $500 million. The amended and restated credit agreement has a remaining term through May 3, 2011.
