Rüçhan hakkı kullanımından kalan 48.624,244 TL nominal değerli paylar 18.08.2025 tarihinde Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. Birincil Piyasası'nda satışa sunulmuş ve satışından 1.276.806,37 TL emisyon primi elde edilmiştir.

Sermaye artırımımız kapsamında sağlanan toplam fon tutarı ; 130.000.000 TL nominal sermaye bedeli ve ilaveten 1.276.806,37 TL emisyon primi olmak üzere 131.276.806,37 TL olarak gerçekleşmiştir.

Dolayısı ile Şirketimizin esas sermaye sistemi içerisinde 130.000.000 TL olan ödenmiş sermayesinin 130.000.000 TL bedelli , 130.000.000 TL bedelsiz artırılarak 390.000.000 TL'na yükseltilmesine ilişkin sermaye artırım sürecimiz tamamlanmış olup, Şirketimizin yeni sermayesi 390.000.000 TL olarak Bursa Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğünce 25.08.2025 tarihinde tescil edilmiş ve 25.08.2025 tarih 11400 sayılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicil Gazetesinde ilan edilmiştir.
