A.Ş. tarafından bağımsız denetimden geçmiş olan finansal tablolarına göre oluşan 29.156.238 TL dönem karından (Yasal Kayıtlara göre 23.037.149,98 TL) ayrılması gereken yasal yedek akçenin ayrılmasından sonra kalan 21.885.292,10 TL'lik kısmının dağıtılabilir dönem karının; Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Kâr Payı Tebliği'nde yer alan esaslar, Şirketimizin Ana Sözleşmesi'nde bulunan hükümler ile Şirketimiz tarafından kamuya açıklanmış olan kâr dağıtım politikası çerçevesinde, şirketimizin mali bünyesinin güçlendirilmesi ve yeni finansman ihtiyacı yaratılmaması amacıyla geçmiş yıllar karları hesabına aktarılmasına ve dağıtılmamasına, karar verilmiştir.
