("Spółka") informuje, że w dniu 18 lipca 2024 roku otrzymał zawiadomienie od akcjonariusza i członka Rady Nadzorczej Spółki, pana Krzysztofa Wieczorkowskiego, w którym poinformowano Spółkę, że w wyniku umowy darowizny w dniu 16 lipca 2024 r. zbył on wszystkie posiadane przez siebie akcje na rzecz Fundacji Rodzinnej Vesper z siedzibą we Wrocławiu. Tym samym pan Krzysztof Wieczorkowski przestał być akcjonariuszem Spółki.
