Sub: Intimation of grant of stock options under Employee Stock Option Plan 2013
This is to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company on 27[th] December, 2024 has approved the grant of 125,000 stock options through Trust, to eligible employee(s), under the Sonata Employee Stock Option Plan 2013.
Vesting Period will be over a period of 4 years in equal proportions. The stock options are exercisable from the date on which option vests until the employee(s) are in the employment with the Company, and other terms will be as per the Plan administered through Sonata Employee Stock Option Plan, 2013 and upon exercise of stock options, shares will be allotted by the Trust.
