Sub: Intimation of Revised Record Date for Issue of Bonus Equity Shares

In furtherance to our intimation dated 29[th] August, 2022 and in reference to the communication received from BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited, this is to inform you that Company has revised the Record Date and fixed on Saturday, 10[th] September, 2022 for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of Shareholders for issuance of Bonus Equity Shares of the Company in the proportion of 1 (One) new fully paid up equity share of Rs. 1/- each for every 3 (Three) fully paid up existing equity shares of Rs. 1/- each held, subject to the approval of Members which is being obtained by way of Postal Ballot through remote e-voting.

Accordingly, the revised Record Date i.e. Saturday, 10[th] September, 2022 is in compliance with Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
