REF: REGULATION 29(2) OF THE SEBI (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015
Pursuant to Regulation 29(2) and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 notice is hereby given that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, May 30, 2019 at Mumbai, inter-alia to:

a) Consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Statements of the Company (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the Financial Year ended 31[st] March, 2019;

b) Consider and recommend a Final Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2018-19.
