We wish to inform you that in terms of Regulation 30 (6) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Mr. Kundan K Lal, has resigned from the position of Company Secretary (CS) and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from close of business hours on 14th March, 2019 and the same has been taken on record by the Board of Directors.
The Company is in the process of identifying or hiring new person for the vacant position. The Company shall inform the Stock Exchanges once the position of CS is filled up.
