Ms. Mangal Kulkarni is B.Com., LL.B. and a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi and qualified member of ICSA, UK, with over 23 years of rich experience in Compliance, Corporate Governance, Secretarial and Legal functions. Her last assignment was with Hinduja Global Solutions Limited as Associate VP in Secretarial and Legal division. Over the span of 23 years she has served in India’s biggest private sector conglomerate and other organizations engaged in manufacturing, infrastructure, ITes sector.
