With reference to the captioned subject, please note that the merger of Sonata Software LLC, USA (formerly known as Sopris Systems LLC) with Sonata Software North America Inc, USA (“SSNA”), the wholly-owned material subsidiary of Sonata Software Limited has been completed. Kindly note that Sonata Software LLC was a wholly-owned subsidiary of SSNA.

The information as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13[th] July, 2023, as amended, is enclosed herewith as Annexure I.
